The project includes all the assets in the pictures starting from: models, environments, textures, materials, shaders, particles, and the other assets shown in the provided pictures, and is setup fully as an entire project ready for a lot of use cases, along with being fully made for vrchat, without the need to install any additional packages or assets, which can be done if the purchaser wanted to for customization.

This is a big Club World made for vrchat in mind and other uses, it’s PC and Quest compatible, with the world including full features for a fully functional club and for monetization Inside Vrchat like:

The credit for the creation of these systems goes back to their original creators, even with my extensive modifications and optimization especially for Android (quest).

The world is PC and Quest compatible, with the project being very optimized for what it has, with the optimizations and aesthetic settings including: occlusion culling, post processing, reflection probes, light probes, static and dynamic batching, as well as other performance and aesthetic tweaks.

No additional packages or assets are required for opening the project, as the project includes all the packages and assets, and is ready for publishing at any time, but you can add more assets or packages if you would like, for customization.

Very important: world uploads must include the license key from your purchase in the description (bio) of the world.

this is made to verify that the world is obtained legally, with the license being used by only one person, protecting the work itself, and the purchaser, as the illegal copies will be issued a DMCA take down on VRChat for protecting the work.

you can find the license key on your purchasing page on Payhip and Gumroad.

Please note that your order number on booth is the equivalent of the license key you will need to put in the description (bio) of the world on VRChat.

if you received the project as a gift from someone through booth, please ask them for the order number, as it’s very important.

if you can’t reach them, you can contact me to give it to you myself.

If you want to use some assets in the project in your project, you can do so as long as they’re not paid assets under a commercial license, with the same rule of not sharing them, selling them, or using them in a project you’re selling in any way, even if customized.

to use the assets in your world without violating the license, it’s required to add the license key to the description (bio) of your world.

Alternatively if you would like to avoid putting the license key in the description (bio) of the world for reusing certain assets, or publishing the world itself on vrchat generally if you feel it’s unpleasant, you can do so by contacting me with the name and the link of the world and the proof of purchase to list it as a legal copy on vrchat instead, so that it wouldn’t be issued a DMCA take down for not having the license key in the description.

You don’t need to worry about someone copying your license and putting it on a copy that’s acquired illegally as there are quick official ways to know which world had the license first to know the real one from the illegal copy, along with checking that the creation date is after the purchase, and contacting the actual holder of the key for confirmation before the DMCA takedown to the illegal copy (not necessary but preferred).

A few assets in the project are free community assets created by other authors, which are freely available online. These assets still have the original authors' credits and are not being charged for whatsoever.

You can use and modify the project however you would like and publish it on VRChat as a world publicly or privately with putting the license key in the description or contacting me with the proof of purchase and the link of the world to avoid doing so.

Resale of the project or its assets, as well as distribution or sharing through any means, is strictly prohibited and fully against the license. Please remember that this project is licensed for use to only one person, and that by purchasing this project, you agree to these terms.

You will receive the project's unique link for the project, and very easy instructions as short videos on how to open the project without any issues and upload it directly to vrchat after purchasing with very short and easy instructional videos to show you how to do that.

Please note that the project has a purchase validator inside where you will need to enter your unique password from your purchasing page as another measure of protection against piracy (that doesn’t affect the project, or the way it’s used whatsoever of course)
